Director of TCDI
Gabrielle A. Deubert is Director of Transitional Coaching & Development Institute Inc. in Modesto, California. She has been a part of TCDI since the beginning, going to local high schools and transition classes to help students and staff navigate what is out there next for them when they transition into their community. She also heads up the fundraising efforts for Vocational Coaching & Development . In the past few years, she has headed up their Annual Night
of Art.
Deubert is a past President of the Modesto 500 Lions Club and a board member of the Turlock Community Theatre. Her favorite sport is baseball and team is the San Francisco Giants, she loves to banter with her co-workers about all their favorite teams. Quote: "Being challenged in life is inevitable. Director of VCDI
Clayton has 20 years of experience working with adults and youth with disabilities. Clayton manages the daily training schedule and supports the staff in planning, scheduling, and executing program training. Clayton spends his leisure time practicing the martial arts of Judo and Brazilian Jiujitsu. Tony has over 30 years of experience in working with adults, adolescents and youth with disabilities. Tony provides a therapeutic lens and an empathetic heart to working with our clients. He works individually and collectively with clients and staff to ensure our clients’ clinical and daily needs are being met. In his leisure time, Tony enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as attending live music shows in the area. As a caregiver, Tony’s favorite quote is an admonition to other caregivers, reminding them to take care of themselves, which gives them the strength to care for others: “One cannot pour from an empty cup”….Bruce Lee
